Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information I collect through trohertransformations.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. Troher Transformations LLC is a Michigan limited liability company owned and operated by Vince Troher, an Integrative Health Coach. "I," "me," and "my" in this policy mean Troher Transformations LLC.
Information I Collect
Information you give me. When you fill out the consultation form, I receive your first and last name, email address, phone number (if you choose to include it), what you're looking for, how you'd like to work together, and anything you write about your goals. If you email me directly, I receive whatever you include in that email.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the company that hosts this site (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and I do not track you across other websites.
If you become a client. Coaching involves assessments and questionnaires about your movement, health history, sleep, stress, nutrition, and lifestyle. That information is collected separately from this website, and how it is handled is covered in your client agreement.

- To deliver coaching if you decide to work with me
- To keep the website running and secure
I won't add you to a newsletter or mailing list unless you ask to be added, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who Helps Me Handle It
I use a small number of trusted services to run my business. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:
- Formspree receives and forwards contact form submissions to my email.
- Google (Gmail) is where I receive and send email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- PT Evolution holds training programs and coaching follow-ups for clients.
- A video call service is used for consultations and online coaching calls.
I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
I Don't Sell Your Information
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing or advertising.
How Long I Keep It
If you reach out and we don't end up working together, I keep your inquiry only as long as it's useful for following up, and you can ask me to delete it at any time. Client records are kept for the length of our coaching relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for business and legal recordkeeping.
Keeping It Secure
I use reputable services with built-in security and limit who can access your information (in most cases, that's just me). No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive medical records through the contact form.
Your Choices
You can ask me to show you the information I have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email trohertransformations@gmail.com and I'll respond within 30 days. Some information may need to be kept for legal or recordkeeping reasons, and if so, I'll tell you.
Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this site doesn't track visitors across other websites, there is nothing for that signal to turn off, and the site works the same either way.
Links to Other Sites
This site links to Instagram, Facebook, and other websites I don't control. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Children
This website is meant for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent me their information, contact me and I'll delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If I change how I handle your information, I'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
